But there’s something to be said for building it yourself. Not only will you have the satisfaction of building a garden, but it can also give your back a great workout. So as long as your doctor allows it, roll up your sleeves and lift with your back!

6. Save money on rocks.

The best way to save money on rocks is to get freebies at construction sites (make sure to ask first), or to buy them at rock quarries. These sources can provide outstanding rocks at a low cost.
